we are doing the following operations:
- Cleaning the screw press (degreasing), refurbishing the frame
- Changing all of the wear parts in the cage and n the shaft (feeding screw, pressing screws, rings, cage bars, clamping bars, scrapers…), new shaft
- Changing all of the bearings
- Refurbishing the cage (welding, milling), if necessary, producing a new one from steel casting
- Refurbishing the gearbox and the motor
- Painting the whole screw press, adding new stainless steel covers
